New inner and outer tie rods

The bad:
The remote doesnt work all the time (i think it just needs a battery)
Sat in my driveway all winter. Brakes seem to work fine, and after a boost it starts and drives fine. but it did sit outside.
Paint isn't 100%, but there's no rust, and it's red
needs two front tires for safety
very small leak from the oil pan. I put a balance shaft removal kit in the car, and missed a small spot on the pan with RTV. VERY slow leak.

The good:
Engine was changed at [removed phone] kms under warranty. At the time the engine was swaped, a cat-less header was put on and the butterflies were loctited. Swap was done at brantford nissan.
have all service records for the car
car runs like a top. Was compression tested last year, even compression within spec across all cylinders (dont remember exact numbres, but i have a tester and can test again for curious parties)
doesnt burn a drop of oil.
Car is in excellent shape mechanically, and will serve someone very well as a daily driver, track car, fun car. whatever
AMAZING in the snow.
has stock exhaust on it.

Modifications:
Ksport Kontrol pro coilovers. Height and preload adjustable, and 32 way dampening adjustable, with camber plates with pillow ball mounts. These are the second gen ones that dont blow up.
Jim Wolf balance shaft removal kit
Stillen Intake
XS-Power header (has slight leak on cylinder1. a new gasket is $24 from the dealer, and actaully not a bitch to change, but the leak is slight, and i jsut left it.)
BC cams
Rota slipstream wheels, with 225/45/16 kdws on the back (90% tread) and 215/45/16 rt 615's on the front (need replacing)
Nismo lower tie bar
Kenwood deck with Ipod attachment wired into ashtray
OEM nissan roof racks with back rack, and snowboard attachments
