1983 Pontiac Parisienne in Kitchener, ON

Selling for my aunt. This is a good example of a 28-year-old GM B-Body; these cars were built to last. 305 V8 4bbl, three speed automatic. She bought it off the original owner in 2003 with only 75k, always garaged kept. My aunt used it as a daily driver up till 2010, currently only has 192k.
Unfortunately Canadian weather took its toll. Paint clearcoat faded , roof liner is starting to become unglued in areas, dash started to crack a bit, but doors (surface rust), rockers and frame are good. No accidents. The car is at the point where it could be saved easily with a bit of work as it?s not completely rotten and beat up as other B-Bodies I?ve seen these days. It rides quietly and runs great and would be a shame to waste in the junkyard.
Needs floor work ? rears are soft with a hole on the passenger side. There is also another hole up front on the passenger side but it?s not directly under the carpet (so no damp area inside). No e-test required.
Its extremely base - less stuff to break and less weight! It?s got power steering/power brakes, factory working AM/FM radio w/ four speakers. No a/c. Single sliding front bench seat. It was detailed last year and hasn?t been driven much. Seats are in good shape. It has the cleaner looking [removed phone] rear end I prefer over the usual ?eggcrate? tails.
The car was basically in brand new shape for the first 20 years of its life. Perfect for a restoration project as a ?classic?, race/drag car (as it?s a base model), or a cheap daily driver for a grease monkey. You could still get many years out of this car; my aunt took care of it well mechanically and it runs nice. Always started with no problems in our cold winters.
